An accountability program for adult ADHD

Most ADHD tools ask you to remember them. This one remembers you.

Darcy is a 12 week accountability program for adult ADHD, delivered entirely over WhatsApp. We reach out three times a week, build a record of what works for you specifically, and name the patterns you can't see from the inside. Proactive by design, because that's the only thing that gets past the executive function wall.

Free while we're in early access. Limited spots.

How Darcy is different

Three things Darcy does that no ADHD app has done before.

Reaches out, three times a week.

Monday to plan the week. Wednesday to check in. Friday to review. No separate app to open. Proactive outreach is the only thing that reliably gets past the executive function wall that keeps every other app unopened.

Hey Sarah, happy Friday. How did you go on your goals this week?
Great, putting my running shoes next to my bed actually got me to run! ✨

Names the patterns you can't see.

By week four or five, Darcy starts noticing things you couldn't see from inside your own week. That your best admin work happens in twenty minute blocks, not sixty. That the strategy you rolled your eyes at in week two is the one you've used four times. Darcy notices the pattern. You make the meaning.

Post its. Timers. Shoes by the bed. See anything those three have in common?
Oh. They're all physical things. Maybe that's why they stick.

Builds a record of what actually works for your brain.

Every strategy you try gets remembered. Some work, some don't. Over twelve weeks, this becomes your evidence base. Not generic ADHD advice. The specific moves that have moved the needle for your brain. When week eight gets hard, you don't start from scratch. You look at what's already worked.

The five minute timer worked. I sent off all of the invoices.
Great! Definitely adding that into your playbook. Glad it worked. 👏
Your portrait

Your portrait grows every week.

Every conversation with Darcy adds to a personal portrait of how your brain actually works. Not a dashboard. Not a data export. Not a scorecard. A portrait that reflects you back to yourself, built one conversation at a time.

Week 6 review, Sunday 19 April
Three out of four priority tasks moved forward this week, including the invoice batch you'd been carrying since week 2. The Monday meeting prep worked because you used the five minute timer strategy from week 3 rather than trying to plan the whole meeting at once. Wednesday was a dip day. The post it strategy held. Energy noticeably better on the days you walked before 10am.

This is what makes Darcy compound. The longer you're in the program, the more accurate your portrait becomes, and the more useful Darcy is to you specifically. Most tools get less useful the longer you use them. Darcy works the other way round.

proactive touchpoints over 12 weeks. The same density Safren's CBT protocol delivers.

Why twelve weeks

Monthly plans don't work for ADHD. Twelve weeks is where the magic happens.

Research on ADHD coaching, CBT for adult ADHD, and habit formation all point to the same interval. Safren's clinical protocol for adult ADHD runs twelve sessions. Lally's habit formation research puts meaningful automaticity at around 66 days. The ADHD coaching industry treats three months as the minimum commitment for a reason.

Darcy is built to match. The twelve week program includes a pre and post assessment, a structured curriculum that moves through rapport, experimentation, and consolidation, and enough time for the patterns to surface. It isn't required. The month to month tier exists for anyone who wants to try Darcy without that commitment. But twelve weeks is where the scaffolding holds long enough for the compound effect to show up.

Who built it

Built by someone who needs it himself.

Darcy is being built by a founder with ADHD. After his diagnosis, executive function coaching transformed how he worked, and he wanted to bring what helped most to others facing the same frustrations.

EF coaching is incredible but expensive. Other productivity apps are too shallow and gimmicky. There seemed to be a gap for something in between.

A system that meets ADHD brains where they are, reaches out proactively, names patterns across sessions, and holds you accountable for the things you want to achieve.

Darcy is an attempt to compress all of this into something more accessible than traditional one to one coaching. Proactive not reactive. Shame free by default. Built around how ADHD brains actually work.

EF coaching helped me get on top of my sh*t. I built Darcy to help you get on top of yours.

Honesty about fit

Who Darcy is built for.

Built for

Darcy is built for adults with ADHD who have already done the work of self understanding, already have the diagnosis, already know their patterns enough to be exhausted by them. For people who've tried the apps and are looking for something with more structure, more continuity, and more memory than any single tool has offered them.

Not built for

Darcy is not therapy. It is not a substitute for medication or professional mental health care. It is not designed for acute crisis. If you're in crisis, please contact a professional or a crisis line. If you're managing a serious mental health condition alongside ADHD, Darcy works best alongside professional care, not in place of it.

Morning Sarah. How are you feeling about the week ahead?
Here's how this works — three check-ins a week, one of them can be right now if you're up for it.
So, what's on your plate this week?

Tell us how to reach you.

We'll reach out when Darcy launches.

No streaks, no gimmicks, no shame. Just compounding weekly accountability and pattern recognition.

Frequently asked

The practical stuff, before you start.

No. Darcy is a structured accountability program with pattern recognition, not coaching. Darcy is built for people who want structured support, proactive check ins, and behavioural insight, at roughly a tenth of the cost of one to one human coaching.

Nothing happens. No streak to break, no counter to reset, no shame message. Darcy picks up from wherever you are, the next time you're ready. Missing check ins is expected, and built into how the program works.

No. The twelve week program is recommended because that's where the research says durable change happens, but the month to month tier exists for anyone who wants the full product without the commitment. You can switch between tiers later.

Early waitlist invites run the program free while we're testing with a small first cohort. When we open more broadly, pricing kicks in on whichever tier you choose. Your portrait carries forward either way — you won't start over.

Yes. Conversations are encrypted, nothing is sold to third parties, and sensitive fields are encrypted at the field level. You can request deletion at any time.

Darcy is scaffolded accountability designed to compound over time. The program architecture is informed by the research base for adult ADHD, including Safren's CBT protocol, Lally's habit formation research, and the three month minimum the ADHD coaching industry has converged on. The shape of the program reflects how ADHD brains actually follow through, which is to say, with proactive outreach, external structure, and patterns that only become visible when someone else is holding the record.
